Social Media Sales Tool — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay — Social Media Sales Tool never stores your card or banking information.

Every purchase is governed by our Refund Policy. We may revise prices occasionally, though this will not affect courses you have already bought.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by Social Media Sales Tool or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, Social Media Sales Tool does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Social Media Sales Tool disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. Social Media Sales Tool may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

You agree to use Social Media Sales Tool lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

These Terms are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

From time to time we may amend these Terms. Important updates will be announced in-app and the “Last updated” date above refreshed; by continuing to use Social Media Sales Tool you agree to the updated Terms.
